In today's episode, I share why I am still sometimes crying when snowboarding. There is one aspect of snowboarding that seems to have power over my thoughts and can send me into a spiral of negative thoughts like it did the other day. 

I encourage you to look at your life and identify activities or habits that seem to have a similar power over your thoughts. Once you identify it will you join me in choosing to feel the feelings instead of listening to the same negative thoughts?
